We are constantly updating our support articles, so thank you for bringing these omissions to our attention.

For "dimmable", the bulb/fixture must be compatible with trailing edge powerline dimming. We are not compatible with 0-10V dimming, nor can we dim standard ballasts.

In 3-way and 4-way configurations, we need to be the only dimmer on the circuit. So while we are compatible with 3-way and 4-way standard rocker/toggle switches, they cannot be dimmers. If you would like to be able to dim from multiple switch locations, currently that would require multiple Brilliant Controls to be installed. In this configuration, the last Brilliant in the chain, closest to the load, does the actual dimming, and the other Brilliant controls communicate dimming information through Wifi.
