I am having trouble communicating with my processor through Parallels.

I can ping the processor through a command prompt and I can get a response from the processor when using the text console in toolbox. But when I try to use simpl debugger I get a response back saying Cannot get any device information.

I am assuming this is network related. Does anyone have any ideas?
