FYI I dont think you have a frame TV if its a 75". AFAIK the frame maxes at 65. YOu mentioned a model number that seems like its a QLED Samsung.
ANyway, that shouldnt have any bearing on your control issues. Art mode on an actual frame can be a little tricky but other than that IP control of them has been bulletproof.
