Last three Hoppers I've set up UR remotes for refused to work properly with the 'Back" button. They either did nothing or put the unit into a slow rewind mode.

Went down the list trying each different code set. Some do nothing, some do some strange things, but none replicated the factory remote for that function.

There were all brand new installation with new boxes. All other commands worked like expected.

Any thoughts?
