I quickly learned how unreliable & unprofessional to recommend or sell them. I don’t know anything about what they are now. Are they still DIY based remotes or have they gone more custom?
Take a look at them again. They have a pro version available via distribution. They are not URC/RTI etc. You can't completely customize the interface but it's good enough. They provide a solid control option for budget systems. It includes mobile/tablet interfaces that are built automatically so you if the remote breaks over the weekend you don't have to roll a truck or have an angry client.
