I plugged an electric razor charger into the right side and got no power...I immediately plug into the left side and get power. That's when the travel haze wore off and I was like wtf. So then I reset/test a couple times to verify.
Might not have been EBG clear in my first post.
I suspect the second outlet was installed after the place was open and they had "their guy" do the work. If they had been installed during construction, they might have used Decora for both.
