Same issue with 2018 Q9
RS232 Codes confirmed and working for Power On and Power Off, when TV is on.
However, if TV is off for over 30 seconds, it will not come back on with "Power On" RS232 command.
Sharp TVs RS232 use to have a "wake up" RS232 command to send before "power On" would work.
