Are you getting any sources to feed through the receiver?
Try a reset again, or a different hdmi cable to the TV...
Turn off the power using Power Button .
Press Power Button while simultaneously pressing M-DAX and ZONE2 SOURCE.
Remove your fingers from the two buttons when “Initialized” appears on the display.
Short leashed another HDMI cable. Same issue....can see the source but no setup UI
