Portal did call me yesterday to work out the problems on my last order.
In addition, they fixed the photos being too small on the PDFs. I do wish that the photos were less blurry though. The font size is only slightly bigger, however.
They are working on the tabbing issue on line 3 for labor on the pdfs. They do appear to be making progress.
