Sinclair's WNYO-DT  won't begin operation in ATSC 3.0 until March 2021, which is one month after Super Bowl LIV (54) airs on Fox; meaning the first Super Bowl telecast in the Buffalo market won't be until 2023 on CBS, unless WGRZ begins broadcasting in ATSC 3.0 by February 2022.
