IrScrutinizer (DecodeIR) identifies your signals as G.I.Cable. I do not know that library explicitly, but it appears not do identify that format. Instead you can probably use a raw form of the signals. I used IrScrutinizer to generate code for it; it does not support the IRRemoteESP8266 library directly, but you can probably modify it to work.
