+1, I don't believe there are other program slots within the CP3-R. Crestron also doubled the ram so you have the ram of a Pro3 in the chassis or a CP3 running strictly Pyng. Remember Pyng doesn't have a limited number of devices it is compatible with. For residential I have only found 1 keypad that isn't compatible with it (C2N-DB keypads). With the release of Pyng 2.0 they have expanded their sourcing and now allow third party sources to be compatible for AV distribution.
