Hello Everyone,

My name is Derek Webb. I am a new Technical Trainer at SnapAV. I have been with SnapAV for a little over 5 years now. All of that time was spent with the Tech Support Team(Technician and Supervisor). As a part of my new role as a Technical Trainer I am taking on some of the forums in this industry as a sort of community manager for SnapAV. I want to be a resource for all of you when you have questions or concerns about SnapAV products or even 3rd party products. If I cannot help you on here I will get you in touch with someone that can help you more in depth.

You will still see interaction here from other category managers but I plan to be much more active. Post away and feel free to PM or email me if you would like. I expect some challenging questions from all of you.
