Hello everyone, I'm Shai, based in the UK.

I've been working in IT for the last 19 years doing various jobs from service desk, desktop support all the way to a Business Analyst. I've been more focused on networking my own house, centralised storage and home cinema setup. I've had so many requests to help others that I've decided to start doing some installs on the side. I'm going to be trying my hand at RTI and possibly URC.
