Honeywell and Pella are two big Minnesota based companies with corporate offices very near each other. Seeing that no other security company or window company out there is doing this I find it quite feasible that these two companies have many high level people that live near each other and run in the same social circles which would have made a partnership like this more likely than two random companies that are located on the opposite ends of the country.
What's your point for even posting in this thread? What info were you able to provide?
1. Pella is not located in Minnesota. It is located in - wait for it - Pella, Iowa.
2. The sensors are manufactured by Resolution Products (now Alula).
3. The fact that two things are near one another does not mean they have any other common factors (see Trump > Warehouse of Knowledge).
