Do we have control over how devices power on and delay times with control4? I've never tinkered with this because I've never had a reason to, but what you are saying makes sense. I'm just not sure how it's done in the control4 environment.
C4 dictates the turn on order.
The best solution would be to return the integra and put in a different receiver.
I’d go with a Sony or a Yamaha
