An "exit" command in your macro will usually get rid of it. In most of the newer TVs with current firmware there's an option in the setup somewhere for smart apps.
I think there are two options in the menu, one enables/disables the TV turning back on to the last app and the other option enables/disables SmartHub on startup.
If you disable Smarthub on startup that should fix the problem.
