We have a client with an Integra DRX 2, Zigen non-poe 4K hdbt baluns, Sony D series 65" TV and a Spectrum cable box and Apple TV.

When you first turn on the tv, you get snow. As soon as you change inputs on the integra, and then go back, it works fine.

All firmware on all devices is up to date.

I'm guessing this is an issue with the Integra. It's been happening according to the client from day 1.

Does anyone have any solutions?
