I think it depends on your market. I Havnt had a single billionaire client ever even mentioning looking for a custom av company online. Perhaps a client rep or assistant might. But if they are good they are more clued in than that. Even in the regular millionaire market it’s usually a referral while playing golf versus an internet search. I would think in the sub millionaire level then the internet search would be a key way of finding someone.
I think a nice website is always a good idea and definitely worth the investment. Referral business or not. It just simply is part of a professional business. Like insurance. You should have it
I feel the same way about a good website. I feel like it legitimizes a business or at least helps. Another thing that drives me insane is people that use free email service for business, without at least using their own domain name. Nothing turns me off more then
