What's the deal with the "Daily Reboot"?  Is this an internal feature that just restarts the thing every day?

I expect MAC reservation would lock in the IP address since it's using DHCP, but would be nice to confirm this.

No IR except when motion detected seems weird, but probably not a deal breaker.

Agreed that a 1812 sized unit would be a great solution... I think 90%+ of my clients have the 1812 DoorKing on pedestal at the gate.

Do they offer any type of pedestal mounted unit for gate access/control?  I didn't see anything on their website.  Everything seemed to be designed for door access/control.

Where do you purchase DoorBird.  I checked a few current distributors and didn't see them listed.  Are they direct or through rep firms?
