One thing I will caution about. The Page Up/Down button switches on the side of the remote can come unsoldered easily if you drop the remote on its side or it was badly treated during shipment. I personally blame the packaging from philips which does not have a cutout where those buttons are. The switches are SMD soldered and can break loose from the board in these conditions. However, a simple reheat with soldering iron will fix it right up provided you know how to take the unit apart.
