I’m not an Android guy, but out of the screenshots I’ve seen. I see some have a settings symbol next to the slider, a gear inside a box. Or an arrow pointing down indicating an option screen. Does yours have either?
Also have you removed the app from the phone... test it before reinstating it just to be sure. Then reninstall the app?
