What happens if you proposal has the normal price for an item but at the time you place the order, the item is on special/promo at the time you order? Is it adjusted? You would only know if you were on Snaps site to see what the current price happens to be.
I had this very issue tonight. I place my foist 2 orders through portal. I had both windows open to verify the correct pricing. I ordered 10 of one item and had to manually set the discounted price (if you order 4 or more) Maybe just because it is new but it was actually more work to do it through portal.
