We have to be concerned about the 150 lbs dead weight, because when that weight is not all snugged up against the wall, it pulls out on the mounts without you even moving it. Then, when you start to move it, the force you apply to start the motion is translated into more pullout force. Then, when you push up to move it back up, there's a lowering of pullout on the mounts, and if they are in any way loose, that change of load is like wiggling the mounts.

It's just more complicated than pullout or dead weight.
