If you're going to me moving, talking and doing a walkthrough then one of those would be great. I've messed with the Osmo and it's pretty friggin' sweet.   If not, get a tall tripod and a small tripod and you'll be good.

Key thing to remember is in order to stop the vibration and blurry video, the phone needs to be in something other than your hand.
