Yes, this sounds familiar. Had a job w/ notorious utility-power issues (rural Louisiana) exhibit similar behavior; if i recall correctly, prior to a certain FW upgrade the CLW-DIMEX line could get stuck in this state if power to the device was cycled rapidly.

There's a fix (involved re-loading firmware i think) but its time consuming. I'll search my emails and post if I find more info, but Crestron support should be able to assist as well.
