Did this once for on-wall iPads...I think you'll need a whole fistful of dongles/accessories:
-lightning/usb-micro -> usb-a (female)
-usb-a ethernet adaptor
-power has to be added from some source, the lightning port won't power the ethernet adapter on its own.
