Id be keen to know about this too, ive got to spec a Ring system and was worried about connectivity as most of their products are wireless data rather than cabled.

Their Elite keypad apparently uses POE for power and data so will be looking to use that.

I did think as Fred mentioned that some of the issues may be caused by poor consumer wifi coverage. eg. ISP router and repeaters (or just ISP router).
