Lets add VERY WELL PAID employee's doing some menial task when things are slow.
If there was nothing more for me to do than wash the owners car, and I was making REALLY good money, I would be all too happy to be outside screwing around while making great money.
I probably would too but the first thing i thought of was a doctor taking the garbage out because the ER was slow that day.
Hell of a lot better than being sent home and making nothing.
A better option would be to have the employees work with the marketing department and drum up new business.
