Yes, I got it to work, I am swamped but this is what I recall if it doesn't work let me know
My recollection is run as admin the latest Windows Device Center 6.1
[Link: microsoft.com]Note: the recent patch for Win 10 require you to change logon for service Windows Mobile 2003 Device to local logon. I checked allow interaction (not sure if that is needed)
When I launch CCP I right click and launch as admin too to make sure I get the latest update.
