This past Friday I had a bad one connect (or maybe the cable) right out of the box. Samsung tech support said they can ship a new one and the customer should have it in 5-10 buisness days. Of course we will get it somewhere else so the client doesn't have to wait that long. But now we have learned that we need to keep a spare on the van just in case. So yeah, screw those stupid things.
