Never had a premature failure from URC other than the run of bad button pads on the 900s and a few 780 screens that went dim. The only consistently bad thing has been the RF base interference issues but I learned to plan ahead and work around it. TC has been great but yes your Network is the foundation but hey we should be doing that for our clients anyway.
