Switching from RTI; which of the two is more reliable? With RTI post T2C and T3 I've had over 50% failure rates after 2-3 years; hard to explain to clients why their $2000 remote lasted less than the free cable remote they've been using forever. The new cradle design sealed the deal; stupidest thing I've ever seen.
I only care for two way IP control for Tivo, Sonos, Roku and Radio RA2/Caseta. Alexa integration would be nice as well.
