I should point out, I live in a little pocket of middle class surround by incredible wealth. This little pocket seems to be what supports the surrounding communities. I’m hoping my ticket out of this industry is some wealthy developer coming in and offering insane amounts of money for my 1/3 of an acre slice of joy!
