You can't use wired Sivoia QS shades directly with RA2, but you can use QS wireless shades with RA2 which are the same shade drive units with wired power and an external RF dongle.
Access to the QS shade line required additional training... I think when I did the training it was a 5 day course similar to HomeWorks QS training.
If you're not direct with Lutron, I think you can purchase QS shades through distribution once you're certified.
