Sure thing. Just to be clear, turn on the TV, DirecTV, Receiver (to HDMI 4 for XBOX), and XBOX, then manually turn off the DTV box to confirm CEC didn't remain on?
EDIT: Okay, I tested it and the receiver and TV did not turn off. When I manually turn off DTV, XBOX, receiver, and TV stay on.
