Client's wife's iPhone will not log into the main network SSID. Network is a UBNT Edgemax POE with 3 Unifi UAPs. The network has two WLans. One is setup just for some devices in the basement to ensure they connect with strong signal. The other is to provide wifi to the rest of the house. The one iPhone will not connect to the house wide said, only the basement.

They've rebooted the phone, turned wifi 9ff and on, turned airplane mode off and on. I've booted the iphone from the basement wifi in unifi software, I ensured firmware was up to date. Not sure what else to try other then a full restore of the phone. Any suggestions?
