maybe its an issue with the flash chip on the Processors terminal board. The Vantage QLink units store the flash chip on the board itself, separate from the actual processor. do you have a copy of the system file? if you do i would try replacing the terminal board and loading the new program with it. If all the QLink processors that you know are tested "Functional" but are giving you the same issue with the flash memory, i would imagine the issue is with the terminal board and not with the processor.
