I still get calls, about twice per month, from a company who is “working with new home builders in Canyon Gate Country Club”. That’s a golf community in Las Vegas...used to live there; there haven’t been new home builders in there for like 15 years !
Funny you mention that. I just got a similar call yesterday about a nearby neighborhood that the caller "represented". The call dropped and dude promptly called back and left me a message. Didn't bother calling him back.
Really weird deal, wasn't a spoofed number, wasn't Home Advisor, not sure what the angle was there.
