I can't test this at the moment:

You can give AVENTAGE Raw YNCA commands in the Yamaha RTI driver.

Use "Raw YNCA commands"

For the subwoofer trim, specify "MAIN" "SWFRTRIM" "6.0" for maximum Subwoofer output. The range is "-6.0" to "6.0" in 0.5 dB steps.

You can also use Two Way Strings to send YNC commands for direct IP control. In this scheme you could have full two-way control. (I haven't tried this with RTI)

For example: <!--?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?--><!--?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?--><?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?><YAMAHA_AV cmd="PUT"><Main_Zone><Volume><Subwoofer_Trim><Val>-60</Val><Exp>1</Exp><Unit>dB</Unit></Subwoofer_Trim></Volume></Main_Zone></YAMAHA_AV>

One can tinker with the crossover frequency. Basically, anything available in the Yamaha web setup is available through YNC IP commands. Documentation is available on the dealer site or through your rep.

If you use direct IP commands, pay attention to the required 200ms space between commands or things can get funky.
