I just did a walk through with a client for a basement refinish. the ONT is in a weird spot that will soon get refinished. He was asking about moving the ONT from a part of the house into the mechanical/equipment room. Fios is Arial in his area and there isnt enough slack to move it the 75ft away.

I was thinking of running a conduit from the demarc location to the equipment closet. This way all fios has todo is pull a 100ft fiber. it will mean a splice at the demarc but im almost positive they can screw on a barrel connector.

Thoughts?
