Somebody was blocked from charging $160 on my personal card. It was someone at Charter Communications. With all the internecine division purchases, "we're Spectrum now" followed by invoicing from Time Warner, they have made SUCH a mess!
I spent more than an hour on the phone trying to track down what had happened. The hardest part was getting a phone number for Charter that was answered by someone who could put me in touch with Charter. Ultimately, the bank didn't accept the charge and I had to give up my pursuit.
