So when is WIVB really going to switch from RF 39 to RF 32? A previous post hints it's already done but as of Thursday, Jan 25, they're still on 39. There has been nothing said on Ch4, on their web site, in the Buffalo News or any other form of the media except here. Where did the switch date of Jan 23 come from?
