Hi all -

Trying to get a 70' run from LG OLED C7 to a Denon 3400H receiver using the Celerity fiber optic cable. 4k sources connected to the Denon are a 4k Apple TV and a Sony X800 UHD BD player.

I am unable to get a steady connection when the Apple TV changes to 4k HDR or Dolby Vision and I turn on Ultra Deep Color on the LG. The Sony X800 appears to work when playing 4k HDR content and the LG changes to Deep Color. However, the connection drops some times and I get a black screen.

I changed the HDMI cables going from both sources to the Denon multiple times. The Belkin 'certified' HDMI 2.1 cables seem to be the least problematic and I've tried at least 2 other 'certified' 4k HDR cables, but they were more problematic. Per Denon's instructions, I have moved the HDMI inputs on the receiver from my 4k sources to the ports closest to the output port.

I have also tried another off-brand directional Fiber optic HDMI cable from the LG to the Denon and it proved worse than the Celerity cable.

Any suggestions...?
