- No ice storms
- No extended power outages or rolling blackouts (3x 2-4 hour power outages in last 21 years)
- No fires (directly impacting metro areas)
- No mudslides
- No huricanes
- No floodings
- No tornados
- No earthquakes
- No volcano erruptions
- No heatwaves (extreme, not the 102° few times a year)
