There was talk of WNYB moving its antenna location to Grand Island to provide a larger reception into Southern Ontario when they switch over to  in 2019.  It looks like Faith Broadcasting has decide to petition the FCC to increase its ERP to 4.0 kW (up from 1.93 kW) with same HAAT, rather than the move.

     It is important to note that the proposed facility exceeds the maximum power allowable for Low Band VHF facilities operating at the proposed height. However, Section 73.622(f)(5) provides allowances for a station proposal to exceed the power/height limitations as long as the service area of the proposed facility does not encompass more U.S. land area than that of the largest station in the market.
