It's apparent that this will be used for Sinclair's ATSC 3.0 Lighthouse station for and their sub-channels. This Colden station will be harder to receive for Toronto viewers than WUTV's Grand Island channel. The HAAT of 415.0 meters is consistent with WIVB's current HAAT, but its ERP will increase by 10 kW.
