These are all IP commands. The difference between them and the "IR" list is the IR is a one way command with no polling function.
*SC0000000000000001 is Power ON and the TV returns
0000000000000000 if it receives and executes the command.
If you send the TV
*SEPOWR################ to ask it the power status it would send back
0000000000000001 to tell you that it's on.
If you send an "IR" command (which is not infrared, it's just a one way command with no state polling) like Up Arrow you's send
*SCIRCC0000000000000009 and that command is sent with the TV returning 0000000000000000 if it's successful or
FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF if it's a wrong code. You can't ask the TV the status of the Up button, though.
