I'm not so sure...we tried one on Wifi last year and it stopped responding after a power out and was still unresponsive when we attended as arranged two days later. Power had been restored for 48+ hours at this stage. We had to disable the WiFi and re-enable to get it working again.

Control disappeared as soon as we tested dropping and restoring power again so we ended up going IR.
