I'm not trying to be a dick, but I did not know that the new DirecTV remotes were Zigbee devices, so when you didn't bother to use a definitive word to tell what you were talking about, I didn't know what you were talking about.
This site has a lot of technical discussions, and one of the easiest ways to screw up technical communication is to use "it" and "that" and "they" in a way that's not clear, instead of naming the actual subject.
